Located just to the southwest of Downtown Atlanta, one of Atlanta’s most enduring enclaves has gathered attention in recent years.
First, here’s a fun fact. Highway 29 spans much of the eastern seaboard of the United states, and stretches clear from Baltimore, Maryland to Pensacola, Florida. This road passes directly through the heart of 30310. Unless you’re heading north or south, this little factoid doesn’t mean too much, but it goes to show a small taste of the history this portion of town maintains.
This is another portion of town that, with direct access to both I-20 and the I-75/I-85 connector, is ripe for development over the coming decade. It’s not a hot topic on anybody’s lips at the moment, but if investment into Atlanta’s future is a point of consideration, you could do worse than to start here. The main stretch of the city is located within a 15-minute drive; there is an adequate quantity of green space to be found within the perimeter of this ZIP, and in the present sense, there are some charming neighborhoods that have already been long-established, that have the hallmarks of “Atlanta’s next trendy neighborhood” written all over them. All that to say, this is one ZIP to keep your eyes on.
