Adam Keen

Adam is your Marketing and Closing Manager and the youngest of the three Keen brothers. He helps me coordinates all the details of your marketing plan from now through closing.

Adam's job to make sure your and your property gets the attention you deserve.  This includes regular visits to your property to deliver marketing materials (flyers, signs, etc).  Adam is professionally trained in home photography, copy-writing and home staging.  He truly has a great sense of what it takes to keep homes looking great while we’re trying to get it SOLD. Together, we ensure that you and your home get the highest level of service and exposure to the market.  He’s an excellent resource for you and is always up to date on the details of our search for your buyer.  He'll be in touch with you from time to time to keep you updated on everything we're doing to market your home – including feedback from showings and market updates.

Ben Keen

Ben is the lead Buyer's Consultant and my brother. Ben works hard every day to find buyers who are a fit for your home.

And because he spends an average of 50 hours a week showing property to buyers, I regularly consult with him on market price, show quality, staging advice and other important factors that help you get the most money possibe with the least amount of hassle.   Ben has been selling real estate since 1999 and has honed his expertise in renovation coaching, interior design, home staging and guiding buyers to make smart decisions in this new market.  He's an excellent resource and true professional.
