Joshua -- the middle "Keen Brother" and the team's chosen Leader -- has been a real estate consultant since 2001. A self-professed "perfectionist" he's brings energy, insight and skill that helps keep our clients ahead of the real estate curve -- regardless of market conditions.

Joshua is an Innovator.  As the dedicated Seller Consultant of THE KEEN TEAM, he leads one of most technologically and philosophically advanced real estate team's in the U.S. When asked about the team's consistently high level of production and potent use of technology, you will hear Joshua say "Of course I'm proud of being recognized as industry leaders, innovators and early adopters. After 5 years studying as a double major in Philosophy/Psychology and moving to South Florida to cut his teeth as a Kitchen Manager for "The Cheesecake Factory" (what else do you do with a degree in Philosophy?), he soon made the decision to reconnect with his brothers in Atlanta.  Both Joshua and his younger brother, Adam, joined the eldest "Keen Brother", Ben, in professional reale estate sales.  Entering the industry at the tender age of 22 -- it's really all he has ever known, in one fashion or another.   And what started as a meager family business start-up from a tiny 5x8 room in Ben's 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow in Decatur soon evolved into one of the more respected names in Atlanta real estate.

These driven brothers and business partners have made a habit of pushing themselves further and going beyond the ordinary to achieve more in life and in business. This is a place with a truly distinct pace-always in motion-and with the diversity of shops, restaurants and neighborhoods there's never a shortage of things to keep you busy. Metro Atlanta is a setting where you have to grow and adapt with the times to stay in front. These are skills Ben, Joshua & Adam learned at a young age. Their father was in the U.S. Air Force and they moved around a lot as children. From Germany to England, Wyoming to Florida, they never stayed in the same place very long and learned to continually adapt to new surroundings. It also helped them to form a strong bond as brothers, knowing they always had a friend to count on no matter where they lived. "It was never easy to keep moving," Joshua says. "But I think that also instilled in us a sense of adventure and a desire to continually seek new challenges- traits we always try and apply to this day."

Joshua now works side-by-side with both Ben and Adam, helping Atlanta and Decatur home owners sell their homes faster and for more money.

In addition to being the team's Leader and top sales agent, Joshua is responsible for customer experience and technology for the team, a fantastic challenge that he meets with his trusty Macbook Pro and a strong espresso ... or four.  His unfailing dedication to staying ahead of the technology curve helped create a unique experience for THE KEEN TEAM's clients. A tireless work-a-holic he's been intrumental in creating the team's vast web presence -- a passion that has kept him awake many a nights.

Outside of work, you'll find Joshua sweating out the day's stresses on the treadmill or just laughing with friends and family. Joshua lives comfortably in the Oakhurst neighborhood in Decautur with his six year old daughter, Emerson, his beautiful wife, Jesse, their rescue Pit Bull (that's right), Jelly, and two annoying cats.
