This is the first in what I'm sure will become a regular series of DIY (do-it-yourself) money saving home maintenaince tips.  I came across these helpful homeowner tips when surfing YouTube.com a while back and thought I'd share with my readers.  This first tip is related to water and energy savings in your home.  And given what Atlanta homeowners are facing with the price of gas (for heating during these cold snaps) and the drought...I thought it relevant for today's Atlanta home buyers, sellers and investors.
