Adam -- the youngest "Keen Brother" and the team's self appointed "Promise Keeper"  -- has been overseeing the details of real estate transactions since 2005.

Adam is the Contract to Close Coordinator here at the THE KEEN TEAM. He assists both our clients and agents from the time a contract is signed through the closing ensuring that the process flows as smoothly as possible. His focus is on coordinating the transactional details. Did you know there are 15 different people involved in your transaction? He is the liason between the buyers, sellers, agents, closing attorney, lender, inspectors, moving companies and more.

Before joining THE KEEN Team, Adam worked as an General Manager at a specialty sandwich shop in Buckhead -- where he sharpened his customer service skills and focused his attention to details -- a skill that he continues to hone and perfect to this day. Joining the team in 2005 at the height of the real estate surge and overseeing the details of 182 transaction sides his first year in the business gave him knowledgeable insight to the fine details of the real estate world. Since then he has helped oversee 800+ transaction sides, providing for an uncommon wisdom for such a young age. Rest assured if it can happen in real estate ... Adam has seen it happen ... twice.

Adam takes great pride in being a pillar of support for his older brothers -- Ben & Joshua.   So much so that he often refers to himself as their "Promise Keeper".  "Ben and Josh make promises and I makes sure we deliver. I inform our clients of every step involved in closing a real estate transaction -- from negotiating costly repairs reminding them to inform the post office of their new address. Big or small, I keep our clients happily moving in the direction of their life goals."

His goal?  Simple. To provide a level of service that makes you feel comfortable introducing your friends, neighbors and co-workers who you know can use our help. "My vision for our team and clients is for us to create a family, of sorts … for there to be a deep level of trust so that you think of our team as your real estate consultants for life."

Adam likes to play just as hard as he works.  His true passion is music and, as founder of BeAtlanta.com – grassroots music blog cum full-scale music promotions site – he's fully expressed.  A self-proclaimed jeans-and-T-shirt kinda guy, Adam admits he looks pretty damned snappy in argyle, too. To relax, he hangs out with his long time girlfriend, Lauren, and their dog, Molly,  at his new home in Reynoldstown -- a spot dubbed the BeAtlanta House.
